商品特色 在古埃及3300年前的記錄中，提及了黑種草。當時，黑種草籽油被稱為「法老的黃金」，象徵著永恆的生命和循環的重生。這種油也是埃及皇后保持青春美麗的秘密之一。

黑種草籽油是從黑孜然植物（Nigella sativa L.）的成熟種子中提取的。成熟種子的脂肪含量在30%至35%之間，而精油含量高達2%。黑種草的種子本身幾乎沒有味道，但一旦研磨或咀嚼後，會散發出類似牛至的香氣，具有特殊的芳香和微苦味。有些人可能覺得這種氣味稍微刺鼻。它的氣味有些類似孜然香料（Cumin），但味道相對溫和，因此人們俗稱其為「黑孜然」。然而，與真正的孜然品種（Cuminum cyminum）相比，黑種草有著顯著不同的特徵。它也是廚房中常用的香料之一。
