如何使用精油

商品特色 此有機精油為熱帶羅勒精油，ct.甲基蒟酚型( ct. Methyl Chavicol)，此甜羅勒品種常被稱為「熱帶羅勒」，在台灣被稱之為「九層塔」；甲基蒟酚含量75~87%、沈香醇含量8~30%，是目前台灣經濟部標準局唯一認可規範的羅勒精油。

羅勒在古希臘時代擁有「香草之王」的尊稱，在英文又有聖約瑟夫草（Saint Joseph’s Wort）之名。羅勒精油的氣味清新，帶有強烈草本與類似茴香的氣味。
簡單DIY應用：
異國情調精露
快樂鼠尾草精油：4滴
羅勒精油：1滴
伊蘭精油：1滴
沒藥精油：2滴
基底油(任選)：28g
維生素E醋酸酯：2g
【作法】
將全部原料混合均勻即可。

使用方式 ※ 用途/用法：供添加、調製化粧品用。
※ 薰蒸法：薰蒸台上座加滿水後可滴入3～4滴精油，使室內充滿芳香
※ 沐浴法：將8～10滴精油滴入浴盆中（可視水量多寡調整精油使用量）可作全身或局部浸泡
※ 按摩法：可將精油以1:100的比例調配基底油按摩身體
※ 芳香劑或驅蟲劑：可在棉布或手帕滴上數滴精油，置於浴室或衣櫃內，可驅蟲和消臭，並使室內充滿天然的香味

※ 禁止用於食品
